A few notes to help BEFORE QUIZ:

all names must be spelled correctly, no capital letters used

all symbol answers must match the letter casing on your sheet to be correct 

If an element on your valence sheet is in more than one column, such as copper (I)  in +1 and copper (II) in +2, and we ask for the symbol, just give the Cu symbol and ignore the difference that it can have more than one charge

If you are asked for the charge of Copper (II), the Roman number IS the positive charge, therefore your answer is +2

If you are asked the charge for any item given, you MUST include a + or - in front of the number. 

Example- charge of OH, called hydroxide, is -1,     charge of Ca, calcium is +2
